Courses cancelled one month prior to scheduled date can be re-scheduled with no cancellation fee pursuant to schedule availability and agreement on behalf of both Wings of Success LLC and Client.
Courses cancelled one month to two weeks prior to scheduled date will be charged 50% of agreed course delivery fees and 100% of any incurred course materials fees. Course re-scheduling will occur pursuant to schedule availability and agreement of both Wings of Success LLC and Client.
Courses cancelled two weeks or less prior to scheduled date will be charged in full for course delivery fees and incurred course materials fees. Course re-scheduling will occur pursuant to schedule availability and agreement of both Wings of Success LLC and Client.
Credit Card payments must receive immediate payment authorization prior to product fulfillment. Online product purchases, public seminars and webinars must use credit card payment unless arrangements have been specifically approved by a Wings of Success LLC authorized representative.
Payment terms for services including speaking engagements, in-house workshops, and consulting will be specified in the service agreement. Unless specific arrangements have been made otherwise with a Wings of Success LLC authorized, all payments are due within 10 business days of scheduled event.
